RELAY Team Spotlight: What to Know About RELAY

People are at the heart of everything we do at Relay Resources and we want to celebrate that! So we asked some of our longtime employees across our organization what #LifeAtRelay is like for them. The following are just a few of our employees that have been with us from 5 to 35+ years and what they think people should know about Relay Resources!
Q: What is one thing you would want other people to know about Relay Resources?

Barb: What a truly nice place it is to work at. We all have to work, and it is a very nice place to go to work as opposed to other jobs.
Dainya: The company works with its worker. The thing is if you come to work and do your job, you are happy, and customer and company are, too.
David Marple: It is a good place to learn new skills.
David Morrison: This is the company to work for. We are like a family. We look out for each other. We help one another and if there is something you need help on, all you need to do is ask and not worry about being looked down on.

Gianni: It is a fun working environment. Supports the mission to hire and train candidates successfully for the workforce. Each Relay Resources department works together with honesty and integrity.
Jason: We are our people…they are the heart of this…and our dedication is to them.
Joel: They are helpful for your to get job training.
Kevin: I'd like to let others know about Relay Resources fairness, acceptance, and comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

Laurie: They are a nice company as long as you are reliable.
Lory: Relay Resources is a great company to work for because they care about assisting people with employment barriers obtain and maintain employment in these difficult economic times. It is great that Relay Resources is willing to give people a chance and look beyond a person's limitations.
Matt: It is a great place to work.
